He has built his career in infra-structure with a focus on making the process and the product better. Jon has delivered many projects at all tiers of the supply chain and his expertise in the transport, aerospace and infra-structure sectors is well respected.

Jo is a highly experienced Human Factors engineer, with 27 years of professional experience across several industry sectors including manufacturing, transportation, emergency services and local authority organisations.  She has over 18 years of dedicated railway experience on high-profile projects in the UK, Europe and Australia. Jo is the director of Human Factors at Think Systems and is responsible for managing our specialist team of Human Factors professionals.

Senior Human Factors Consultant |

Liam is an experienced Human Factors and Ergonomics specialist having consulted for key clients across sectors including Rail, Oil & Gas, Highways, Accessibility, Industrial/ Product Design and Defence. He has worked on numerous projects, integrating, and implementing Human Factors methods, tools and standards to ensure the projects reach successful outcomes for the client and their future users. In addition to his human factors and ergonomics consulting experience, he is trained and qualified as a multiskilled maintenance engineer.
